About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
*Assist classroom teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
*Support small groups of students to enhance their learning.
*Provide 1:1 support for pupils with specific needs, including SEN.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment.
*Adapt quickly to different school settings and work effectively with various teams.
*Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials.
Requirements:
*Experience working with children, ideally in an educational environment.
*A flexible and adaptable approach to working with different schools and age groups.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Patient, caring, and supportive nature when working with children.
*Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are beneficial but not required.
