Ambitious Business Development Manager
Daventry (Hybrid)
£30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission (Realistic OTE £70K)
Fully Expensed Company Car + Benefits (after passing probation)
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a small but rapidly expanding communications company based in Daventry.
You will be expected to sell outsourced call handling and call centre services to small and medium-sized businesses within the UK.
It’s fast-paced; you perform this role as if it’s your own business, with full accountability for your marketing, lead generation, and networking strategies. This is a smaller company with a close-knit team, meaning you have the chance to make a real difference and be noticed by the directors.
What skills are needed?
For this role, you need two things: the first is a full UK driving licence, and the second is the ability to sell B2B solutions.The specific product you have sold is not important, as this company will train you on their solutions. However, you need to be able to sell, identify leads, cold call, open doors, and generate your own business (you are not spoon-fed here). What does this role offer you?
