Job Description:

All you need is:
*At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field will be an advantage;
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Turkish language (B2+ level and higher);
*Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);
*Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs and expectations;
*Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;
*Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;
*Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.
Your daily adventures will look like this:
*Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
*Resolving ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;
*Understanding customer business specifics and objectives, and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations;
*Understanding the objectives and logic of each request, and reporting the case to the appropriate internal team;
*Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, and legal.
