Salary: £35,000 basic OT £50,000 + company van and fuel card

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our dedicated team in the London area and surrounding areas.
Job Description: As a Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving commercial & more specifically retail sites. Your responsibilities will include:
*Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
*Responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
*Ensuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
*Collaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.
*Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a reactive Multi Trader or similar environment.
*Valid CSCS (essential)
*Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing, carpentry, or another related field (Desired)
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
