Job Description:
Lisa Wright Recruitment is seeking a Key Account Executive in Peterborough on behalf of our client, a dynamic leader in marketing and communications solutions. The Key Account Executivewill play a pivotal role in managing client expectations, coordinating quotations, and supporting strategic projects to help drive profitability and reduce supplier costs.
Key Account Executive Key Tasks
*Customer Communications: Engage new and existing customers to foster growth.
*Quotation Process: Prepare and hand over client quotes and related documents, ensuring timeliness.
*Cost Analysis: Work with Excel to produce accurate costings for company quotations.
*Sales Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support and promptly resolve customer issues.
*Project Support: Assist Project Managers with procurement, customer satisfaction follow-up, and contract renewals.
Key Account Executive Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
*Collaborate with the Business Development team to support growth initiatives.
*Contribute to marketing activities with an operational perspective.
*Ensure high levels of product and system knowledge.
*Prepare essential documents, reports, and communications for various stakeholders.
