Business Development Manager
Remote
£45,000 - £48,000 + commission
Passionate sales and focused Business Development Manager is required for this exciting new role! You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for this established UK based SaaS business . You will be focused and have strong communication business development skills. You will also be able to think critically when making plans and have demonstrated ability to execute a business strategy.
You must possess a strong knowledge of the Transport Management Sector, including an understanding of TMS sales operations and the industry’s needs.
Responsibilities
*Identify new partnership opportunities
*Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and support the company’s expansion plans
*Maintain existing customers and business
*Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the transport management systems
*3 - 4 years’ prior industry related business development experience in the TMS sector
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
*Focused, sales driven and goal-oriented
