HR Manager role, permanent and on-site.

Description
*Reporting into the MD, you will have full responsibility for the HR function, including managing a small team
*Ensure HR policies and systems are up to date and compliant
*Provide advice, guidance and support for employees and managers
*Assess training needs and implement required training plans
*Oversee performance and appraisal systems
*Support recruitment and selection, working with manager to identify succession plans
*Constantly review employee benefits, ensuring the business is able to attract and retain exceptional talent
Profile
*CIPD L7 or equivalent
*Experience working at HR Manager/BP level autonomously
*Up to date knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
*Excellent stakeholder management skills
*Proven track record developing effective HR and people strategies
*Commutable to Northampton 5 days per week
