Job Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented, strategic and highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for Supply Chain processes and procedures across various departments within the business. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative.
This is a FTC position until 30/06/2026.

Your New Role
A role in the National Supply Chain Forecasting Team is a great opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future department and its ways of working. You will gain valuable experience working on a global transformation project and become a real expert at the end of it. You will form relationships with GB/IE colleagues across all domains and also across the Aldi global network of countries.
You will be instrumental in the use of the new forecasting system, working closely with other teams with NSCM, National Buying, NIT and Store Operations. As the department and the AHEAD program evolves, so will the role. As such you will require a proactive approach and a high level of multi-tasking and resilience.
The role would require someone confident working with Big Data and analysing trends and making recommendations. Who has experience in using the forecasting modules within SAP in order to maximise the system. A confident individual with great communication skills would also be ideally suited to this opportunity.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Subject matter expertise
•Data analysis, data maintenance, data representation
•Ability to create business reports
•Ability to identify gaps in the new processes and define new ones as required
•Create PowerPoint presentations to illustrate processes
Business Readiness
•Data cleansing and readiness of existing systems
•Process definition and testing
•Creating training materials
•Planning and delivery of training to business users
Project management
•Ensures deadlines are complied with in area of responsibility
•Provides updates to Deployment Lead
•Reporting of risks, issues and business readiness status
•Identification of cross domain risks
•Identifies and communicates project information necessary for senior management decision making
•Supports creation and maintenance deployment project plans
•Supports creation of rollout plans in conjunction with test regions and third parties as required
About You
*Experience in SAP or Forecasting
*Coding experience (desirable)
*Graduate degree in data science, data analytics (desirable)
*Previous experience in SAP forecasting and replenishment solutions
*Project experience
*Experience of managing change whilst Business As Usual activity is ongoing
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Project management skills
*Ability to proactively work towards challenging deadlines through multitasking and resilience
