£25K - £26K, OTE £32K
My client is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. You will play a crucial role in driving client acquisition and fostering long-term relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements. You will:
*Work closely with the wider teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to active representation
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients by providing high levels of satisfaction and clear communication
*Proactively contact potential clients via telephone to present the services, address enquiries, resulting in obtaining new clients
*Identify new business opportunities, set and achieve sales targets, and employ effective strategies to expand the client base
*Retain regular contact with clients, address any ongoing client concerns, and ensure all client communications and actions are documented accurately
*Conduct informative and persuasive telephone consultations, providing clear explanations of the services provided
The ideal candidate will:
*Have a proven track record of sales and hitting targets
*Have strong telephone and negotiation skills
*Have excellent customer relationship skills
*Work well within a target driven environment
*Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
