Key Responsibilities:
*Lead recruitment processes
*Facilitate the on-boarding process
*Oversee staff exits
*Provide support and guidance to line managers on employee issues and performance management
*Drive culture initiatives
*Manage reward benefits and oversee health and safety for the team
*Support training initiatives by managing appraisals and identifying staff training needs
*Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
*Maintain the HR system, ensuring it accurately reflects current contracts, personal details, and training records
*Produce quarterly HR KPI reports
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
*Experience in HR operations, with knowledge in recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and policy management
*Strong organisational and time-management skills with an eye for detail
*Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
*Strong communication skills to build effective relationships and manage team culture
