Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with one of our large prestigious clients on a permanent role in their Transport and Logistics department.
This is a full time HYBRID administrative opportunity working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm ( flexible ) 
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Transport Coordinator to manage and coordinate our supply chain transport through contracts and preferred couriers. This role is crucial in ensuring our supply chain delivery promises and service excellence targets are met.
Major Job Functions:
*Transport Coordination: Ensure delivery times and schedules are met. Address and resolve all non-conformance issues with transport suppliers.
*Supplier Management: Collaborate with preferred transport suppliers to secure the best service and cost. Oversee transport invoices to ensure accurate cost accounting (25%).
*Support and Review: Assist the Transport and Logistics Controller in managing transport suppliers through regular reviews and performance measurement. Ensure all transport suppliers adhere to Health and Safety rules.
*Supply Chain Collaboration: Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to meet both our and our customers’ needs, aligning with OTIF, delivery on time, and asset turn targets.
*KPI Analysis: Provide support and analysis of transport KPIs.
