Join a Global Leader as Group Compliance Manager
MERJE is delighted to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Group Compliance Manager to join our client, a technical consultancy that operates across various industries such as agricultural, metals and minerals operating in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
In this role, the Group Compliance Manager will shape and drive the company’s compliance strategy across its global footprint. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on implementation, you’ll ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements while building a culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures across all global operations.
*Monitor and assess compliance risks, ensuring proactive risk management.
*Lead internal audits and liaise with external regulatory authorities to maintain compliance standards.
*Advise senior management on compliance matters, providing expertise and guidance.
*Oversee compliance training to build awareness and promote best practices among staff.
Candidate Profile:
