Finance Manager / Financial Controller - Hybrid - This privately-owned Property portfolio with a number of SPVs across commercial and residential is seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller for a sole role managing its finance / accounts function.
Reporting to the owner and an external FD, this is a hands-on role. The Finance Manager / Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and take responsibility for aspects of property administration as follows:
*Prepare quarterly management accounts for the Board and bank reporting
*Trial balance, P&L accounts, balance sheet for various companies / SPVs
*Bookkeeping on Xero, intercompany reconciliations, debtor/creditor control
*Tenancy / rental reconciliations / rental invoicing and property cost control
*Liaise with external accountants, preparing annual accounts
*Liaise with external property managing agents / transaction reconciliations
*Bank reconciliations and bank loan administration, liaising with providers
*Prepare VAT returns for relevant companies in the group
An experienced Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller is required, with property experience, to take full responsibility for the group’s accounts. Attention to detail and a hands-on approach is key.
