Job Description:
Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 (Pro rata avaliable for part time)
Contract Type: Full-time & Part-time, Term-time Only 
We are looking for compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our team in Manchester, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN.
*Assist with accessing the curriculum and developing independence.
*Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored learning strategies.
*Monitor progress and support positive behavior in the classroom.
Essential Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
*Strong understanding of learning difficulties (e.g., Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD).
*Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
*Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
*Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
