Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to support through a busy period. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, friendly, and accurate customer service and order processing support.
Duties:
*Review and verify orders for accuracy
*Promptly enter customer orders into the system
*Coordinate with customers to organise delivery
*Handle customer calls professionally and courteously
*Respond to customer emails in the inbox
*Escalate unresolved order issues to management
*Address enquiries from customers as quickly as possible
Skills & Experience:
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Proficiency in Word and Excel
*Professional telephone manner
*Strong organizational skills.
*Prior experience in a customer service is required
