Internal Sales Executive *Annual Salary: £25,000 basic (up to £35,100 with bonuses)
*Location: Peterborough
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Peterborough. This role is ideal for a confident, enthusiastic individual with a background in Non-Ferrous metal sales, looking to work alongside an existing sales team in a dynamic and busy office environment.
Day-to-day of the role: *Develop a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate with clients.
*Quote prices, check stock quantities, and ensure product specifications meet client orders.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
*Operate in a business-to-business marketplace, primarily selling to engineering and manufacturing companies, ensuring reliable delivery and processing of materials.
*Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience and knowledge of steel, Non-Ferrous metals, and both imperial and metric measurements.
*Industry knowledge is highly advantageous.
*Ability to understand and cater to a varied client base.
*Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
