Job Purpose:

This tier 1 bank is looking for someone to join the UK Client Assets & Depositor Protection Team for 12 months, to ensure compliance with regulations. Engage with business partners, manage deliverables, and develop processes, documentation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:


*Oversee asset compliance across businesses.
*Liaise with stakeholders as the central contact for governance.
*Ensure technology/process solutions meet standards.
*Support the enhancement of governance frameworks.
*Prepare materials for governance meetings and challenge adherence to regulations.
*Share technical knowledge and critique deliverables.
*Advise on regulatory changes and business implementation.
*Contribute to office projects and strategic objectives.

Knowledge/Experience:


*SME experience in client asset/depositor protection regulations.
*Financial services/banking experience.
*Experience in regulatory change and implementation.
*Degree level education preferred.
*Relevant professional qualification ideal.
*Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management and teamwork.
*Highly organised, task-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
