Job Description:
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of food production machinery. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality. This role requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
*Operate food production machinery efficiently and safely.
*Monitor machine performance and product quality.
*Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
*Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues.
*Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations.
*Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance.
*Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a food production or manufacturing environment.
*Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
*Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Shifts:
*Sunday to Wednesday
*Wednesday to Saturday
Shift Hours:
*Day Shift: 07:00 - 19:00
*Night Shift: 19:00 - 07:00
