Day Concierge (East Ham)
Client: Housing Association 
Location: East London
Duration: 6 month fixed term contract (with potential extension)
Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm 
Salary: £27,000 pro rata

We are seeking a Day Concierge to join a dynamic Housing Association team in East London. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of residents, while maintaining high service standards in a newly developed site.

Responsibilities include:
*Supporting the Head Concierge in day-to-day operations.
*Ensuring the lobby and communal areas are kept clean and presentable.
*Welcoming residents and visitors; and managing key control procedures.
*Conducting regular patrols and ensuring any unauthorised individuals are moved off-site.
*Coordinating weekend property viewings and assisting residents during move-ins.
*Following Health & Safety protocols and reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements:
*Previous experience in a residential or concierge role, particularly day shifts is essential.
*Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
*A professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high level of service.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail.
