Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a part-time Italian-speaking PA/Secretary/Office Administrator to support the Managing Director of a prestigious design company. If you are a proactive and organised professional with excellent language skills in both Italian and English, enjoy working in a dynamic team, and are eager to contribute to a busy office environment, we want to hear from you! The role is based on-site in stunning offices in central London, offering flexibility with working 3-4 days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
*Answering Telephone Calls: Provide exceptional phone support and take messages.
*Client Relations: Interact with clients in Italy, ensuring outstanding service.
*Finance and Administration: Handle expenses, simple finance issues, and liaise with accountants.
*Correspondence: Type and compose various correspondence.
*Client Interaction: Greet VIP clients, ensuring meeting rooms are in perfect order.
*Publicity/Social Media: Engage in publicity and social media duties.
Requirements:
*Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English.
*Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
*Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel and Mac.
*Organisational Skills: First-rate prioritisation and organisation skills.
*Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills.
*Presentation: Smart and professional appearance.
*Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment and use initiative.
*Numeracy Skills: Proficient in simple finance duties.
