MARKETING CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST (DEMAND GENERATION)
B2B SAAS | UP TO £45K + BONUS | HYBRID - CENTRAL LONDON
Our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist (Demand Generation) to join their dynamic marketing team. With ambitious growth plans and a proven track record of success, they’re seeking someone who can take their demand generation strategy to the next level.
THE ROLE: Working directly with an accomplished Marketing Director and a small marketing team who has transformed the business from outbound to inbound-led growth, you’ll support the development of the demand generation strategy and execution working in close partnership with the sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a revenue-focused Marketer who wants to make a real impact in a growing business and continue developing their career in the exciting B2B SaaS sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Drive demand-generation campaigns across multiple channels
*Own and optimize HubSpot operations, including workflow creation and lead scoring
*Create compelling short-form content for email, social media, and ad campaigns
*Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
*Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and pain points
*Manage agency relationships and work with the in-house marketing team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
*3-5 years of B2B marketing experience
*Strong HubSpot expertise (essential)
*Proven track record in campaign management in revenue/demand generation
*Excellence in short-form content creation
*Experience working closely with sales team to drive sales qualified leads
*Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
*B2B SaaS or software experience an advantage
