Salary: Up to £30k + £15k performance-related bonus
Location: Manchester City Centre - fully onsite role
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)
Contract: Perm

What You’ll Do:
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll oversee a dedicated portfolio of approximately 100 clients, focusing on strong client relationships and account growth. You’ll manage these accounts through virtual meetings, presentations, and occasional on-site events, delivering top-notch service while identifying new revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a portfolio of 100 EAP and OH clients across the UK.
*Meeting retention and premium renewal targets.
*Leading new client implementation projects, embedding our offerings into key corporate accounts.
*Supporting tender and bid exercises as a representative of relationship management.
*Negotiating renewal terms with clients, demonstrating clear ROI.
*Identifying upsells opportunities, aiming for £10,000 in new business per quarter.
*Generating 3 new business wins per quarter.
*Keeping detailed client records in our CRM and flagging at-risk clients and growth opportunities.

You should have a knack for building rapport, a commercial mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Additionally, you should demonstrate:

*Exceptional customer service skills, adaptable across written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
*The ability to build trust and maintain meaningful business relationships.
*Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to apply knowledge practically.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*Ability to multitask and adapt to change effectively.
*A track record of achieving KPIs and strong IT skills.
