Lettings Coordinator
North London
A highly regarded property management company located in North London are recruiting for a Lettings Coordinator to join their team. This role will involve working closely with the Director to ensure the smooth running of the office as well lettings coordination.
Working as part of a successful, professional and friendly team, this role will be ideal for a candidate seeking a role in an established company which really value their staff.
This is a full time role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Responsibilities:
* Manage tenant applications and screening processes
* Prepare and manage tenancy documentation
* Obtaining compliance documentation
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
* Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
* Dealing with notices, end of tenancy administration and deposit negotiations
* Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Prior experience in lettings administration is essential
