Based between Portsmouth and Southampton, my client in the technology and telco space is looking to appoint their fist marketing hire.

My client is a growing technology and telecommunications business with exciting growth plans! They are based in Hampshire (between Southampton and Portsmouth) and are now looking to add an ambitious marketer to the team.
Description
As the Digital Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy.
You will be a well-rounded marketing professional ideally experienced in telco or technology marketing. You’ll have a broad range of experience across the marketing mix, including lead generation, email, communications, social media, website and online platforms and sales support materials. Importantly, you’ll be open to embracing new ideas, keen to learn and passionate about driving improvements for customer engagement. Some key elements of the role include:
*Work closely with the senior management team to understand what is required to drive the business forward
*Develop and execute the marketing strategy
*Own lead nurturing strategies
*Manage and optimise the digital presence of the company.
Profile
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have:
*Experience within a similar role - if you’ve built a marketing function from scratch that would be amazing!
*Experience of lead generation within a B2B environment
*Excellent digital skills and capability - you can be hands on when you need to!
*Experience within tech and telco would be advantageous
*A commercial mindset - this role will truly be able to make a difference to the organisation.
