Are you a dog lover who would love your career to revolve around your favourite furry friends? Our client is a start-up dog food brand searching for their next Sales Representative and you’d be barkingmad not to apply!
About the company:
This start-up dog food brand is on a mission to deliver natural, ethical and healthy dog food products to the pup-ulation!
The Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be based in the heart of Shoreditch, Central London and report to the Sales Director.
This is a hybrid working structure with 2 days per week in office, with additional attendance and travel to sales events.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Attending events across the country where you will pitch the product to potential customers and retailers
*Understanding the recipes and specificities of the customer order process to sell the right plan to the customer you are handling
*Communicating with customers on the phone and via email, educating dog owners on the benefits and selling point of the product, adhering to ToV guidelines
*Assisting the Sales Director with presentations for client meetings
*Helping to ensure the team are meeting sales targets and contributing ideas for any suggestions to increase sale volume and processes
*Working with the marketing team and their feedback to increase sales via different platforms or communication strategies
*Utilising social media platforms to answer customer queries, concerns or complaints with a time efficient, friendly and educational approach

*You are a natural and confident communicator with charm and professionalism
*You have a driven attitude and are full of energy, and can consistently demonstrate this in your work
*You are social media savvy
*You are highly organised and time efficient, happy to work in a fast-paced environment
*You can understand individual needs of customers by listening and engaging with different experiences
*You are a team player who values collaboration as a vital tool to success in a business
