Job Description:
Sales Executive- Up to £75,000- Pontefract, West Yorkshire
The Role
Do you want to progress your career in sales, in an industry that’s booming and with no cold calling required? Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers make informed decisions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
As a Sales Advisor with SolarXpress, you will be at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, helping customers embrace solar power and take control of their energy bills. You will close deals with pre-qualified customers who have already shown interest in our high-quality products - no cold calling involved!
Please note, this is a self-employed role. You’ll be working in office and won’t be getting sent out in the field. You don’t need to be specifically trained on solar as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
*Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and guide them to the best solutions.
*Close sales by building trust and demonstrating the value of solar energy products.
*Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes.

*Confident and friendly, with excellent communication skills.
*Comfortable working with computers and using standard software.
*Positive, motivated, and keen to learn.
*Able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
*Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required - full training provided.
Schedule:
*10 hour shift
*8 hour shift
*Day shift
*Monday to Friday
*Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
*Bonus scheme
*Commission pay
