Job Description:
HR Manager role based in Derbyshire on a permanent contract
Client Details
The client is a leading construction/manufacturing business
Description
*Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
*Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of employee relations, recruitment etc.
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning.
*Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
*Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practices, maintaining a high standard of ethical and inclusive practices.
*Support wider HR team with people projects
Profile
*Proven experience in a strategic HR role
*Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
*CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required
