Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to take responsibility of our client’s largest account. In this role, you will serve as primary relationship owner, maintaining and developing key client accounts. The role will be a critical part of the company’s account management structure, ensuring the companies’ clients receive technical excellence.
Key responsibilities:
*Experience in professional client relationship management, delivering consistent and professional advice and support. Drive client retention, expansion, upselling and satisfaction.
*A motivated, persuasive, and confident approach to review meetings and client analytics.
*A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
*A keen attention to detail and proven track record of both revenue and margin delivery.
*Attend review meetings with customers as when and where required in the UK. The role will involve UK wide travel and various overnights stays.
*Work with Companies’ Service Managers and Helpdesk to ensure technical reactive work is completed in a timely fashion ensuring client satisfaction.
*Develop and grow the managed accounts and achieve annual set targets on revenues and margin.
*Complete Asset reviews to identify potential equipment replacements.
*Actively work to upsell reactive only clients under their management to PPM Contracts and from PPM only to partially comprehensive and fully comprehensive contracts.
*Handle any service delivery issues and work through to a positive conclusion, using persuasion and negotiation.
*Help develop our client’s unique selling propositions alongside client requirements.
*Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly status and results presentations to internal and external teams.
*Account / Region margin and revenue responsibility.
*Complete Asset Surveys / Tagging for prospective maintenance contracts.
*Monitoring and feeding back to management on competitor activity.
Key skills required:
*Proven track record of success in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within Service & Maintenance, Facilities Management, etc.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
*Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Renumeration:
£40,000 - £45,000 + Company Car & Benefits
