National - Regional Sales Manager
Remote and Field Based
Full Time
Location: Various areas across the UK or Remote (Work from Home)
Position Type: Self-employed with flexible hours
Salary: £2,500/month guarantee + uncapped commission (£45K to £75k - year 1)

Our client is building a team of driven, entrepreneurial-minded professionals to lead their expansion across the UK. Their unique leadership model emphasises hands-on training and development, empowering each team member to build skills in communication, confidence, work ethic, and a winning attitude. They have divided the UK into 12 regions, each with space for 6 to 10 Business Development Managers who will be part of your dynamic team.
About the Role
As a National or Regional Manager, you’ll be leading by example, guiding your team in generating their own appointments and managing both new and existing accounts. On average, each team member will conduct around 6 appointments per day, supported by a robust referral scheme, which generates over half of their leads. Additionally, they are actively developing social media channels to further expand lead generation.
