Job Description:
Are you looking for a part-time administrative role working 10am-2pm Monday-Friday?

Do you have excellent organisational skills and enjoy a range of tasks including handling queries, coordinating with third parties and maintaining files?
  
Based on site, you will be joining a small, friendly team environment based near Hendon, supporting the office with a variety of tasks.
  
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer enquiries and requests promptly and professionally
*Coordinate with third parties to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
*Maintain accurate records and files
*Manage customer logistics
*Additional administrative duties to support the office
Skills & experience Required:
*A background in customer service or administration
*Recent office experience
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational and the ability to prioritise
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
*Ability to work independently and within a team
