POSITION: Commercial, Data & IP Lawyer (4-6 PQE)

ROLE
*Advise on a broad range of commercial, data protection and intellectual property matters, supporting clients across varied sectors.
*Draft, negotiate and manage complex contracts including technology agreements, supply chain contracts and licensing deals.
*Provide expert guidance on data privacy issues including compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
*Assist with IP matters including trademarks, patents, copyright and licensing, helping clients protect and maximise their intellectual assets.
*Collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects including emerging technologies, AI ethics and data governance.
REQUIREMENTS
*4-6 years PQE with strong experience in commercial, data protection and intellectual property law.
*A solid understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR and experience advising clients on compliance strategies.
*Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and providing practical, business-focused advice.
*Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
*A proactive team player with a commercial mindset and a keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
