Job Description:
Property Coordinators
Salary: £25,400 a year
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours per week 35
Contract type Permanent
You’ll be responsible for the administration of our client’s property maintenance, compliance and repairs work. You’ll help with the development of a thorough property database and other records within the Property Team and the wider Group.
Job requirements
* Co-ordinate all property information, making sure it’s up to date and any issues are raised.
* Schedule appointments for their Property Surveyors and Estates Team to visit homes and schemes.
* Monitor supplier and contractor invoices in line with the Group’s process.
* Help with any duties that form part of the Customer Hub as and when required.
* Arrange, attend, and minute meetings and prepare any associated documents as requested.
* Update systems with any customer contact in an accurate and timely manner.
* Complete admin duties as required by the Property Management Team in relation to the Asset Management Strategy.
What they’re looking for
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent or qualified by substantial experience in this area.
* Experience of working as part of a team and having a ’one team approach’ and a ’can do’ attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Understanding of what great customer service is.
* Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
* Idea generation and implementation
