Job Description:
Our Client is looking for a Qualified / Finalist or Qualified by Experience Financial Controller. You will lead and existing Finance practices and controls but will also play a leading role in developing and enhancing working practices.
You will report to the Managing Director of this Group of Companies - therefore we are looking to appoint a vibrant / hands on Financial Controller.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS FINANCIAL CONTROLLER;
*Annual Salary Review and Appraisal / Bonus Review
*25 days hols plus Bank Hols
*On Site Car Parking
*Staff Discount across a range of Products / Services
THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER;
*Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as perhaps an Assistant FC
*Be able to use Excel and Xero to a high standard
*Enjoy a hands on role that requires a ’can do’ approach and the ability to work across a range of Projects
*Have had hands on experience of working with external Accountants and being involved with Audit
*Previous experience of managing Bank relationships - including negotiation and strong relationship management
