About the Role:
As an Adolescent Safeguarding Social Worker, you will:
*Conduct thorough assessments of young people’s needs and risks
*Develop and implement effective care plans
*Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals
*Represent the needs of young people in court proceedings
*Participate in regular supervision and case reviews
