Job Description:
Interim HR Administrator - Bodmin - up to 9 months - £24k-26k (Pro-rata) - Part time
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been assigned by our long-standing client, a large manufacturing business and notable Cornish employer. The business has a sizeable headcount of employees working across multiple sites and this role will work within a highly experienced and efficiently functioning people management team.
This is a broad role that represents an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with limited human resources exposure looking to develop their career in the sector, or an experienced office administrator seeking a move into a people management function. Key responsibilities to include:
- Support a diverse range of HR administration duties using bespoke HR software systems
- Recruitment: Assisting with all areas of the recruitment function including vacancy advertisements, interviewing and onboarding process
- Human resources administration including assistance with payroll, maintenance of HR date, employee relations, training and development
We’re seeking a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience gained either in a people management function, or a fast-paced administration department. Candidates that are working towards CIPD or qualified to CIPD 3 (or above), are most welcome to apply. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously. The role works within a passionate, people focussed department where an enthusiastic and solutions focussed attitude will be essential.
