Make a Difference: Behavioural Teaching Assistant - West Sussex, East Sussex & Surrey
Are you passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact on their learning?
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner schools across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey.
What You’ll Do:
*Work closely with teachers to support students with challenging behaviours.
*Implement positive behaviour strategies and create a safe and supportive learning environment.
*Develop strong relationships with students, building trust and encouraging positive behaviour change.
Ideal Candidate:
*Experience working with children in a school setting or similar environment.
*Passion for supporting students with behaviour needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Flexible working hours (8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with part-time options available).
