My client is looking to recruit an Ecommerce Manager to join their business at a very exciting time of growth for the business. They are looking for an Ecommerce superstar, ready to take their next professional step in an agile, exciting, and dynamic .
They sell their products on their own website, eBay and Amazon UK/FR/DE. Their customers love value, so as well as delivering the latest brands and innovations, they offer competitive pricing and consistently excellent customer service.
They are on a big journey and the Ecommerce Manager will be a key part of it.
About the role...
You will be ensuring products launch on time, merchandising the website to optimise/increase conversion and AOV, manage the email plan and carry out SEO optimisations.
Responsibilities:
*Supporting the planning of the trading plan, rolling out, ensuring all campaigns and new product launches are on set up and launched on time, optimised and delivered to a high standard.
*Understand the product ranges, the brand and confidently communicate this.
*Engage and excite both new and existing customers through the planning and building of promotional mechanics.
*Supporting the Head of Marketing with weekly and monthly reporting, using available data and GA to monitor the website, product and promotional performance. Identifying and merchandising opportunities and content actions.
*Monitor and report on competitor activity.
*Working alongside our SEO agency to complete SEO tasks.
*Maintain strong communications with internal teams to share new promotions details.
*Monitor, browse and test website frequently to ensure all links, functionality, content and pages are working seamlessly, working with the wider marketing and buying team to resolve any irregularities or issues.
*Brief all BAU, automated and flow emails.
*Help to ensure that communications are in-line with our customer base and expectations based on data profiling.
*General marketing tasks and administration.
Skills required:
*Must have advance experience in MS Office and be proficient in using Magento and Shopify.
*Experience within an ecommerce retailer required.
*Experience of email marketing and basic SEO principles desirable.
*Fluent in the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
*Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage time autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be flexible to accommodate demanding project schedules and business deadlines.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse setup.
*Understanding how to operate ethically and effectively in the long-term interest of all stakeholders.
*A desire to learn new ways of working and technologies.
