Job Description:
We are recruiting an entry levelAudio Technical Engineer to join the Production Team of our Client, a professional Audio Consultancy who deal with all elements of studio and audio system design and installation.
They work with a varied client base, including film & television composers, producers, recording studios, post-production, library music, and broadcast. The work is, therefore, exciting, varied and challenging.
Your progression through to Senior Engineer, Consultant and beyond will be determined by your ability to learn quickly and take on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:-
*Assembling, configuring and testing audio systems;
*Installing furniture, acoustic panels and general studio fixtures on clients’ premises;
*Manufacturing audio cables and other bespoke products;
*Planning, performing and documenting routine system maintenance;
*Supporting clients via telephone, email, online and in person.

*A confident and effective communicator;
*A passion for problem-solving;
*A good listener, able to empathise and to work with people from all walks of life;
*The ability to design, implement and adhere to processes.
Key Skills Required:-
*A broad knowledge of music technology, ideally including some experience of audio systems, signal path and recording techniques;
*Experience in the use of one or more DAW systems;
*A basic understanding of the nature of sound and acoustics;
*Musical training and experience;
*Technologically adept, with an enthusiasm and curiosity for all areas of technology.
