Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE £65K

Job Details
*Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
*Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
*Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
*Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
*Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
*Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Benefits
*Base salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE+ commission. (OTE £60 - £65K)
