As a result of growth, they are now looking for an Experience Construction Trainer to deliver a range of Skill Bootcamps Training Programmes.
Job Advert: Construction Trainer/Assessor
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000 (including car allowance)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Trainer/Assessor to join our established team in London. You will lead and deliver a structured, 3-week training bootcamp that equips participants with essential construction skills, knowledge, and behaviours in:
• Concrete
• Four pathways to employment
• Construction fundamentals
• Highways & Maintenance
• Civils
• Utilities
Key Responsibilities of the Construction Trainer/Assessor
• Deliver dynamic and engaging training sessions in core civil construction skills.
• Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual learner needs.
• Conduct both classroom-based and practical assessments for effective learning outcomes.
• Prioritise learner safety, uphold high training standards, and track candidate progress through regular reviews.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, adhering to industry standards and practices required by the company and the Department for Education.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise of the Construction Tutor/Assessor
• Level 3 Award in Adult Education and Assessor Award qualified.
• Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS, or SSSTS card.
• Strong knowledge of construction qualifications (Level 2 and above) and practical experience in civil construction, plant operations, and groundwork.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Drainage, Kerbing, Modular block, and Concrete work.
• Dedication to nurturing talent and providing high-quality training.
• Desirable qualifications include a recognised Assessor and IQA Award and familiarity with Skills Bootcamps Training Programmes.
