About the Role:
As an Adult Safeguarding Social Worker, you will be responsible for:
*Undertaking complex safeguarding assessments of vulnerable adults
*Developing and implementing effective safeguarding plans
*Working closely with multi-agency partners to ensure the safety and well-being of adults at risk
*Providing support and guidance to carers and family members
*Attending safeguarding meetings and reviews
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
*A relevant social work qualification (e.g., DipSW, CQSW, MSW)
*Significant experience in adult safeguarding
*A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and procedures
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults
