Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Rickmansworth Sales team as a viewing assistant.
This role is casual and involves part time hours, and requires a valid UK driving license.
Key Responsibilities
*Meet prospective purchasers and clients at the properties for viewings.
*Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills’ Representative.
*Have a good understanding of the property market.
*Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
*Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
*To have knowledge & experience of Rickmansworth and the surrounding villages
Key Skills
*Self-motivated.
*Adaptable, excellent people skills.
*Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Able to quickly build rapport.
*Professional and personable.
