We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on the Night Shift.
As a Machine Operator working on the night shift, your core working hours will be 36 hours over 4 night from Monday to Thursday. Overtime will be paid at a generous overtime premium rate.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Night Shift Machine Operator Responsibilities:
*Set up and operate machines according to specifications and instructions.
*Load and unload material onto various machines, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
*Adjust machine settings to control pressure, speed, and abrasive materials for optimal results.
*Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain desired specifications.
*Conduct regular inspections of components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
*Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

Night Shift Machine Operator Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
*Understanding of machining principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
*Familiarity with precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and gauges.
*Attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality work.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
