£50,000 DOE
As the Service Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of my clients Service Department.

Role Overview:
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising a company’s service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the recruitment and management of the Service team
*Optimising team structure and ensuring adequate coverage for all roles
*Achieving budgetary targets
*Business Development - Securing new project opportunities
*Addressing people challenges and managing work in progress
*Resolving customer queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Participating in marketing campaigns to generate new business
*Your primary responsibilities will include
Essential Requirements:
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*A valid driving license
Desirable Requirements:
*Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
*Experience in implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*A valid driving license
