Job Details:
*(£16PH PAYE) OR (£18.05PH UMB)
*Temp to perm
*Monday to Friday
*8AM - 5PM (3PM finish on a Friday)
Responsibilities
*Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
*Monitor and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
*Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency.
*Train new employees on production procedures, food safety practices, and equipment operation.
Skills
*Previous experience in a production supervisory role.
*Excellent communication skills to lead a team effectively.
*Brilliant leadership skills and ability to work on own initiative.
*Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
