Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Assistant
Havant / Hybrid
Up to £30,000 base subject to experience, plus bonus & benefits
Location is accessible by bus, car (free parking), cycle, rail
T2M is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an established market leading manufacturing group with significant growth plans.
This is a fulfilling role, requiring strong time management skills, the ability to be disciplined with the ’daily do’ of the transactional volumes and to the ability to prioritise urgent requirements.

Responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
*Three way match processing of invoices / purchase orders / payments
*Accurate data entry, maintain processes and financial procedures in line with internal procedures and current regulatory and compliance requirements
*Timely collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
*Assist with month-end close
Requirements to be successful as a Purchase Ledger Clerk:
*Experience of Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Clerk (A/P, AP, P2P)
*Organised team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
*Open minded, with the ability to craft and be part of the vision for change and process improvement
*Experience of Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
*Must be IT savvy, word, excel, system reports, with a growth mindset and the willingness to embrace automation
Note: Hybrid working pattern of 50/50 office and home working (after the bedding-in period) and optional 9-day fortnight.
This role is based in Hampshire - commutable from locations such as Southampton, Portsmouth, Worthing, Chichester, Basingstoke, Guildford.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis.
