Senior Business Development Executive
Up to £40,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
Bath - Hybrid Working
Full-time, permanent

Our client are a dynamic start-up sales agency within the education industry, that are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in managing sales pipelines and strategies to ensure growth within advertising and sponsorship sales.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
*Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
*Manage the sales journey and ensure accurate forecasting
*Conduct market research and identify potential clients
*Generate advertising plans
*Ensure records are kept updated on the CRM Systems
Person Specification:
*5+ years’ experience within sales/business development
*Good knowledge of generating and contacting new sales leads
*Previous experience working in a sales agency is desirable but not essential
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A passion for sales and business development
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*A positive and proactive attitude
*The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Hours of work will be, Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5.00pm
