What will you do as Payroll Manager?
*Manage 2 Payrolls ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time
*Gather information on hours worked for each employee
*incorporating overtime, deductions, commission, bonuses
*Utilise SAGE payroll software to manage overtime, deductions, commission, bonuses
*Process taxes & payment of employee benefits, including Auto Enrolment/Student Loan deductions
*Prepare reports for management, finance & HR departments
*Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers
What do you need as Payroll Manager?
*Previous experience in a payroll management role
*Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and regulations, pensions
*Good knowledge of SAGE payroll software
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail
