Talentedge are actively recruiting for a Credit Controller on a 3 month FTC for a Tech business based in East London. The role will be 3 days p/w in the office and is paying £40k per annum pro rata.
Duties will include:
Lead Credit Controller for the businesses, covering UK, Germany, Poland and Spain (and other markets when required). Managing the full ledger and the aged reports, in multiple currencies.
o Taking a proactive role in chasing payment from Clients by phone and email to ensure clients pay us in a timely manner per the T&Cs of the agreement
o Proactive query resolution for a quick turn around
o Sending statements to Client and reconciling the customer accounts.
o Assist with management of Client Portal’s, ensuring processes are followed to obtain approval of invoices and payments made on time.
o Supporting the team in allocating the daily cash
o Building strong relationships with the Clients (Global and Local), internal stakeholders and other offices.
o Manage inter-company receivable and payable accounts, ensuring payments are made on time.
o Ageing analysis summary
o Provide cash flow forecast to the Financial Controller
Work closely with other members of the Accounts Receivable team to assist with Client set up, maintaining Client records, ensuring Purchase Orders are received prior to work starting, Portal invoices uploaded correctly, credit checks completed, etc.
