Job Description:
My client, based in the City are on the look out for a talented and reliable individual.
They are on the look out for a Project Manager to support the existing team , with an exposure of Data Science / Data Modelling / data schemas as well as being organised and have a keen eye for attention to detail.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 6 months however the role has the potential to become permanent depending on the individual and their performance.
This role is a hybrid role - 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
The client would like someone to start in the second week of December with interviews taking place around the 25th Nov.
Must be available to start in December and commit to a full time role - 37.5 hours per week.
Role purpose:
With support from Senior Project Managers and Programme Managers, the Project Manager will undertake the delivery of projects within the Group-wide business change portfolio and in accordance with the appropriate delivery framework.
The Project Manager will have an understanding and experience of project management methodologies and the application thereof and will be responsible for the delivery of the projects or workstreams that have been assigned to them.
They will be responsible for delivery from Inception through to Closure and should have experience of all aspects of Project Management. The Project Manager will lead a Project Team and will additionally manage a group of Stakeholders who will have clear expectations.
The Project Manager will ensure that all scope is delivered on time, to agreed quality standards and within approved budget with appropriate monitoring and control. This includes the preparation, review and stakeholder endorsement of all project documentation needed as part of the project.
They will be an ambassador for through successful project delivery that supports the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
